Question 1

Where do the job offers come from?

Accepted Answer

Opportunities across 143 countries, gathered from leading job sources: France Travail, Adzuna, Jooble, CareerJet, Google for Jobs and more partners. France Travail alone aggregates most job boards in France. Every offer shows its publication date, with freshness filters so you can apply as soon as it goes live.

Question 2

Who is Sirius?

Accepted Answer

The AI agent built into Woodle Career, named after the brightest star in the sky. It knows your applications and your CV: letter and CV adapted to each job, letter plans, CV review against a role, contextual follow-ups, a daily brief, interview checklists. The Classic plan gets a real sample every month (5 tasks included, split however you like between CV reviews, letter plans, adapted letters and CVs), and the Woodle Intelligence plan opens it fully, free-form chat included. It asks for your confirmation before any write, and you review every letter and CV before sending it. It makes nothing up.

Question 3

And what is Orion?

Accepted Answer

Our second agent, named after the hunter constellation. It maps the market: salary ranges by role and region, sources cited, refreshed twice a month. When the data is too thin, it would rather stay silent than give you a shaky figure. Woodle Intelligence plan only.

Question 4

Does the AI write my letters for me?

Accepted Answer

No, on principle. Sirius gives you a plan, prompts and a diagnosis; the words remain yours. A generated letter sounds hollow, and recruiters can tell. Our rule fits in one sentence: humans think, AI executes.

Question 5

Who is Woodle Career for?

Accepted Answer

Anyone actively searching, first and foremost recent graduates aiming for their first permanent role, whatever the field: engineering, communications, business, tech, healthcare…

Question 6

I don't have much experience yet. Will it still help?

Accepted Answer

Yes, that's exactly who the app is built for. When you've never job-hunted before, the hardest part is knowing where to start. Woodle Career gives you the structure (prospects, applications, follow-ups), Sirius builds a letter outline anchored in your CV, even a short one, and Orion maps junior salaries by region so you don't undersell yourself.

Question 7

Is Woodle Career really free?

Accepted Answer

Yes, with no time limit. The free plan already gives access to unlimited applications, Kanban, My journey (the essentials), recommended offers (France Travail, Adzuna, CareerJet), CSV import, calendar sync, and Sirius every month, with 5 tasks included, split freely between CV reviews, letter plans, and letters and CVs adapted to a job. The Woodle Intelligence plan at €9.99/month opens Sirius fully (free-form chat, contextual follow-ups, daily brief) and adds Orion, the full My journey, offer-CV matching on your recommendations, interview email reminders and CSV export.

Question 8

Can I try the Woodle Intelligence plan before paying?

Accepted Answer

Yes, {days} days of full free access (Sirius, Orion, daily brief, full My journey…). Your card is required at activation; there is no charge during the trial, and you can cancel in one click before the {days}-day mark.

Question 9

Is my data safe?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your data is encrypted and hosted on AWS in Europe, with Row-Level Security enabled on the database. Only you have access to your applications.

Question 10

Can I cancel my Woodle Intelligence subscription at any time?

Accepted Answer

Yes, no commitment. Cancellation is done in one click from your profile page. Woodle Intelligence access remains active until the end of the paid period.

Question 11

How do interview reminders and follow-up alerts work?

Accepted Answer

Two mechanisms. Application follow-ups arrive as in-app push notifications (default 7 days, adjustable in your settings). Interview reminders are opt-in by email: enable the option to receive an email 24h or 48h before each interview, with your preparation notes. Sirius (Woodle Intelligence plan) can also help you prepare a contextual follow-up email that you send yourself.

Question 12

Does the app work on mobile?

Accepted Answer

Yes, fully. Woodle Career is responsive and has a dedicated mobile navigation bar at the bottom of the screen, optimised for touch.

Welcome back!
