How do interview reminders and follow-up alerts work?

Two mechanisms. Application follow-ups arrive as in-app push notifications (default 7 days, adjustable in your settings). Interview reminders are opt-in by email: enable the option to receive an email 24h or 48h before each interview, with your preparation notes. Sirius (Woodle Intelligence plan) can also help you prepare a contextual follow-up email that you send yourself.
