With ROME and ROMEO, France Travail's occupation frameworks, we start from your title and find all its official variants. « Recruitment officer » also catches « talent acquisition », « HR officer », « recruiter ».

We translate it into each country's language

Abroad, we rely on ESCO, the European occupation framework in 28 languages, and on ISCO, the international classification of occupations. Your role goes out in the real local term, not a rough translation.

We query the major sources, everywhere

France Travail, which already aggregates dozens of job boards, Google for Jobs, Adzuna, CareerJet, Jooble. Across 143 countries.

We clean what comes back

The same ad posted in several places is de-duplicated: you see it once. Expired ads are dropped. Every day, the list is fresh.

We orient it toward you

The agent that searches with you. It runs on Claude, Anthropic's AI, among the most advanced reasoning models in the world.

  • It analyses an offer against your CV: your strengths, the words to reuse, and the fixes to make so it matches the role. It always starts from your CV, it never writes a fake one.

We chose Claude for writing and reasoning. It grasps nuance, writes properly, and stays grounded in your data.

The market salary benchmark. It runs on Mistral, the French AI, strong at reading and synthesis.

  • On demand, it runs a real market search, role by role and region by region.
  • It cross-checks several pay sources and discards shaky values.
  • It gives you a clear range: junior, mid, senior, with its confidence level.
  • It gives you one benchmark a month, because each pass takes heavy computation.

We chose Mistral for its synthesis in clear language. Orion has to digest a lot of market data and return a clean answer, no jargon. It's a French AI, a choice we stand by.
